Our Story
We, Juliana and Marina, met in the south of Spain as a mentor and a mentee on a project supporting female entrepreneurs in Europe. We immediately connected on many levels, sharing passion for traveling, surfing and transforming this world into a better place.
We both have many experiences traveling and living in developing countries. Seeing a spectrum of inequalities and poverty, to opportunities in unexpeced places. Just like this, we found an opportunity gap in Morocco. With the surf tourism growing at around 14% yearly, more and more big luxury resorts are built and many small local business get overrun by foreign investors. We decided to support the local economy with our skills, and create a program to empower young local entrepreneurs, the Leadership Flow.
Our Mission
Leadership Flow was born with the mission to bridge surfing, education and entrepreneurship to drive positive change in the surfing business on the west coast of Morocco. We want to challenge the European influence and empower local youth, promoting leadership and social skills through surfing to inspire both the local and international community and start writing a new story for young Moroccans who now often lack educational opportunities in this field and can also value their own resources.
We aim to create an entrepreneurial academy, bringing practical skills to business owners through non-formal education. Providing the skills and tools to young Moroccan entrepreneurs, that are essential to become successful business leaders. Through different workshops about soft skills, management, marketing, business development and legal foundations of a business in Morocco, as well as 1-on-1 mentoring and continuous support.
Our Goals for 2025
10 People
Provide 10 local Moroccan entrepreneurs the knowledge, skills and tools to grow their business.
160 Hours
Deliver 160 hours of practical training in our entrepreneur academy in Morocco to begin forming and realizing local projects.
Continuous Support
Offer continuous support, mentoring and 1-on-1 sessions to the local entrepreneurs to make sure their dreams become reality.
What do we do differently?
Compared to conventional surf experiences that focus solely on leisure, Leadership Flow uses surfing as a tool for empowerment and soft skills development. Our approach transforms these immersions into experiences that generate a cross-cutting positive impact, both socially and economically, both for our clients in the experiences and for the local population that benefits from the return generated by the project.
By participating in our training experiences, you will not only make an impact in your life, but in the lives of many young people in the region who will be able to receive quality training in social impact entrepreneurship, so that they are one step closer to being able to build a dignified, sustainable future for themselves and their families.

Your Impact
Giving Back 20%
A part of what you pay goes back to the local community. We use 20% of our earnings from all Leadership Flow Trainings on establishing the entrepreneur academy in Morocco, deliver practical training and offer mentoring to young local entrepreneurs.
Local Business
By booking our training, you are directly supporting local businesses. All our trainings are organized in collaboration with small local business owners. All outsourced services such as accommodation, food, surf lessons are always provided by locals in the destination.
